Digital Puppetbox boomy and ZOB (BnZ) is a web based puppet show that combines computer animation, live action puppets and the internet to create a new kind of interactive media experience. It used to be that if you were going to create media you would need a distribution company. The BnZ distribution network is the Internet. Our production companies are in the home offices of our viewers and collaborators. Our studio are our computers. Our viewers are our producers. Fantasy knows no boundaries! Come and see boomy the Viking Raider, or ZOB the amazing Pirate, Fuzzy Sock the philosophizing Ancient Greek, or dickCarlson in his break out role as a Gladiator. Boomy and ZOB is the creation of TTP GROUPS international all-star media group. Drawing from a pool of filmmakers, media artists, musicians, internet programmers, puppet builders, activists, actors, freaks and misfits. Boomy and ZOB aims to create a user based platform creative expression. Our show will set trends not by dictating the form but by supporting the creative inputs or our viewers. Drawing on the work of ZEFRANK, ROCKETBOOM, Homestarrunner boomy and ZOB will attempt to create a new type of open source puppet show. www.boomyAndZOB.com acts as a portal into the strange and wacky world that the characters inhabit on Sunbeam Road. Here everybody will be able to interact with crazy creatures like 'boomy', a biologically enhanced accident who loves adventure and is not afraid to speak her mind, 'ZOB', a grumpy old German Shepherd, 'Fuzzy Sock' a non-stinking and good-looking sock star, and 'dickCarlson' a stressed out 3D fly.
